Surprise!

Well, the Lord blessed and I was able to surprise everyone. Jessie is here for Heidi's wedding!


Here's how it happened: About a month ago, I prayed "God, help me get Heidi a gift other than the standard toaster/blender/towels". Then the idea came. Why not ask get Jessica to fly out and then surprise Heidi? When I called, Jes loved the idea and she flew out yesterday. The folks and I were to come down this morning. When they arrived at my apartment, I called and said that I was coming out with my wedding gift and that we'd need to make room in the back seat for "the gift". Then Jes and I walked out. Surprise #1 accomplished.


When we got to Heidi's apartment, I had Jes wait outside. I told Heidi that I had to give her my present early or it "would spoil". After I had given a little thing about wanting to bring friends together, Jes stepped out.

Mission Accomplished!
